What we collect

This website does not have user accounts and does not store visitor data in a database. We only receive personal data if you send us a message.

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, message, the language of the page you used, and, if you choose to give them, your company name and phone number. The form is delivered to us by email and is not saved on the website itself.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer or agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website and carries the contact form request. Resend delivers the form message by email, and the message arrives in our company mailbox at Google (Gmail). These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside the EU/EEA under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

If you email us directly, your message is handled by our mail provider in the same way.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and as long as accounting or other laws require for contracts and invoices. You can ask us to delete your messages earlier.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, so there is no cookie banner. To understand how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply promptly.

You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
